Emotional health is just as important as physical health.
I'm a coach for women navigating the ups and downs of emotional health and wellness.
For years, I struggled with anxiety and emotional overwhelm, constantly feeling like I was running on empty. Growing up in a traditional Asian household, I often felt immense pressure to be "perfect" — to excel in school, meet family expectations, and keep everything together. But inside, I was struggling, and I didn't know how to ask for help.
The weight of always appearing strong while feeling broken inside led to chronic anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and eventually, physical symptoms that just couldn't be ignored. I tried to push through it, just "handle it on my own" — but no matter how much I tried to ignore the pain, it only got worse.
"It wasn't until I hit a breaking point in my early 20s that I realized something had to change."
That's when I began exploring mindfulness and meditation — not as quick fixes, but as tools to truly understand myself. I paired these practices with my studies in psychology, and over time, I found a way to rebuild my life with clarity, intention, and emotional resilience. The transformation wasn't immediate or easy, but it was profound.
I found that emotional regulation wasn't about suppressing feelings or pretending to be okay — it was about understanding my emotions, developing a healthier relationship with my thoughts, and creating practices that supported my wellbeing.
Today, I blend the best of Eastern wellness practices with modern psychological insights to help women overcome anxiety, manage emotions, and rediscover their inner strength. My approach is gentle but effective — rooted in science but infused with heart.
I know how hard it is to juggle life's demands while trying to care for yourself, and I want to show you that it is possible to feel balanced and whole. Together, we'll work on building resilience, cultivating mindfulness, and embracing self-compassion.
At Love Her Way, I create a space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
I believe that true healing encompasses mind, body and spirit — especially when recovering from the emotional trauma of betrayal. My approach integrates evidence-based psychological practices with Eastern wellness traditions to help you rebuild your emotional foundation.
After betrayal, many women experience profound physiological responses — anxiety, insomnia, changes in appetite, and even symptoms that mimic PTSD. These aren't just "in your head" — they're real neurobiological responses to trauma that require specific tools and practices to address.
My work focuses on 3 interconnected areas of wellness:
Nervous System Regulation: Betrayal often triggers a prolonged stress response that keeps your body in "fight or flight" mode. I'll teach you evidence-based techniques to regulate your nervous system, calm anxiety responses, and create a sense of safety in your body.
Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and working with difficult emotions — rather than being overwhelmed by them — is essential for healing. We'll develop your ability to identify, process, and integrate emotions in ways that foster resilience rather than reactivity.
Mindful Awareness: Cultivating present awareness helps break the cycle of rumination that often accompanies betrayal. Through accessible mindfulness practices, you'll learn to observe your thoughts without being consumed by them and develop compassion with yourself.
What sets my approach apart is its practicality. While I deeply value the spiritual aspects of wellness practices, I focus on techniques that fit into real women's lives — simple, effective tools you can use during a work break, while caring for children, or in moments of acute stress.
Healing isn't about achieving perfect peace or never feeling negative emotions — it's about developing the resilience to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and compassion.
