Sophia Reneau

Infidelity Healing Coach

‎ I know the pain you're feeling because I've felt it too.

I'm a coach and advocate for women healing from the deep wounds of infidelity betrayal.

My Story

My journey to this work began with heartbreak. Few years ago, I found myself standing in the ruins of a life I thought was unshakable. Betrayed by the person I trusted most, I felt shattered, unsure of who I was or how I could ever put the pieces back together.

For a long time, I wrestled with feelings of shame, anger, and profound sadness.

But slowly, I learned that healing is possible — not by ignoring the pain but by walking through it with courage and compassion. I discovered that while I couldn't control what had happened to me, I could choose how I responded to it.

Before starting Love Her Way, I was a corporate professional with a steady career, but my personal life felt like it was falling apart. After my experience with infidelity, I threw myself into understanding trauma, relationships, and emotional recovery.

I studied psychology, became certified in trauma-informed coaching, and connected with countless women who were going through the same thing. I saw that our pain could be transformed into power when we have the right tools, support, and guidance.

Now, I dedicate my life to helping women navigate the painful yet transformative journey of healing after betrayal. Through my work, I've had the honor of helping hundreds of women move from heartbreak to hope, from self-doubt to self-confidence, and from anger to forgiveness.

My approach is rooted in compassion and empowerment because I believe that every woman has the strength to rebuild her life — even when it feels impossible.

I'm not just a coach. I'm someone who's walked this road. I know how dark it can feel — but I also know the light that waits on the other side. Your story doesn't end here. In fact, this is where a new chapter begins. One where you are the queen of your own life.

If you've found your way here, I want you to know this:

You are not alone, and your story is far from over.

My Approach

I believe that healing from infidelity requires a holistic, phase-based approach that acknowledges both the emotional devastation of betrayal and your capacity for resilience and growth.

My work with clients focuses on 3 components of recovery:

Emotional Processing: Betrayal triggers a complex web of emotions — rage, grief, confusion, and often, trauma responses. I provide a safe, judgment-free space to process these emotions and tools to regulate your nervous system when overwhelm hits.

Identity Rebuilding: Infidelity betrayal often shatters our sense of self and the stories we've built about our lives. Together, we'll rediscover your core values and strengths — and build a new narrative that honors your experience without being defined by it.

Forward Movement: Whether you choose to stay in your relationship or leave, you need clarity and confidence in your path forward. I'll help you establish boundaries, make decisions aligned with your values, and create a vision for your future that feels both healing and empowering.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Each woman's journey through infidelity is unique, and your healing path should be too. What works for one person might not work for another, which is why I tailor my coaching to your specific situation, needs and goals.
